The outlook for the fine jewelry industry is promising. While immediate challenges lie ahead, there are also significant opportunities. Jewelers of America (JA) commissioned Provoke Insights to conduct two in-depth research studies to understand and advise its members on a strategic and successful path forward. Based on comprehensive surveys of hundreds of JA members and thousands of consumers, the report represents the state of the fine jewelry industry.

It reveals valuable insights on critical topics:

  • Retailers and suppliers’ concerns and needs
  • Key customer segments, their purchase behavior, and product selection
  • Jewelry’s share of wallet among high-priced items
  • Actionable tactics for jewelers

In this webinar we will go over the methodology and findings in detail with the idea that jewelers can take this information to utilize in their own marketing plans.

It doesn't matter if you sell products worldwide or locally; e-commerce is a necessity across all businesses. Even though e-commerce is a 20-year-old invention, most jewelers are behaving as if it's the next big thing. From retailers to designers, the jewelry industry is lagging behind in the digital arena, allowing online-only businesses to capture a growing percentage of new jewelry sales.

Online retailers are inviting today's consumers to shop on their terms. Don't get left behind. Listen in to Matthew Perosi has he reveals what consumers are expecting from retail stores today. He'll provide insight on:

  • Product merchandising: why certain items sell online better than others
  • Designer partnerships: what types of jewelry designers you should partner with for online success
  • Website features: what are the minimum website features consumers expect, and what should you grow into over time
