Valeriya is the founder and chief designer of a high-end jewelry brand Valkonda.  Valeriya grew up in the Ural Mountains and the Covid pandemic prompted her to come back to her roots and study colored gemstones. Valeriya holds a gemologist degree from the world-famous scientific center in Siberia and Graduate Diamonds from GIA. Valeriya's mission is to promote color gemstones to US audience. She published a comprehensive guide that provides detailed insights to the consumer on which gemstones to buy and how to accurately determine their worth.
