By appointment only, we offer premier gem and jewelry valuation services catering to attorneys, estate planning professionals, VIP and celebrity clients, law enforcement agencies, insurance companies, and independent jewelers.
In addition to providing appraisal services for private clients and industry professionals, Scott has been subcontracted to assist in the valuation of jewelry and watches seized by federal law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG).
In addition to providing appraisal services for private clients and industry professionals, Scott has been subcontracted to assist in the valuation of jewelry and watches seized by federal law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG).
We provide appraisal services for a plethora of intended uses, including assisting with estate and probate needs, seized property, scheduling insurance, dissolution of marriage, noncash charitable contribution, and more. Our Appraisal Reports are prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and are considered Qualified Appraisals as defined in 26 CFR § 1.170A – 17 of the federal tax code.
Items we appraise include jewelry, diamonds, watches, colored gems, pearls, coins, and precious metals.
Specialized Expert Witness and litigation support services are available to attorneys, supplying them with the key information and evidence necessary to win their case. Recognized as an expert in my field, I have provided expert witness testimony in both civil and federal court.
