Annie E. Doresca is the Chief Financial Officer at Jewelers of America. She has been with the organization since July 17, 2008.

Mrs. Doresca has overall responsibility for JA's finance and accounting, office management, human resources and IT functions

Prior to Jewelers of America, Mrs. Doresca served as Client Manager for BTQ Financial, an outsourcing provider of financial services to nonprofit organizations. During her tenure at BTQ, Mrs. Doresca was responsible for several multi-million-dollar clients, developed and implemented financial-operations improvements and helped to shape the strategic direction. Prior to BTQ Financial, she served as Manager of Advisory Services for Nonprofit Finance Fund, which helps nonprofits strengthen their financial health. Her responsibilities included facilitating communication among key stakeholders, including nonprofit senior management and board of directors, and the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Previously, Mrs. Doresca served as an Intermediate Analyst for Goldman Sachs Co. in New York.

Ms. Doresca is also a Co-Founder and the Board President of Black in Jewelry Coalition. Ms. Doresca is an Adjunct Professor at CUNY Baruch College (Zicklin) and also serves on the school board as a Trustee of the Baldwin Union Free School Board District.

Mrs. Doresca earned her Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University.
