Private Jeweler is a Carmel-by-the-Sea–based, appointment-only fine jewelry business specializing in custom design, jewelry appraisal, estate jewelry, heirloom repurposing, diamond and gemstone sourcing, and private jewelry services. Founded by GIA Graduate Gemologist and Certified Master Appraiser Shelly Devine, the company combines more than two decades of jewelry industry experience with a highly personalized approach to each client and collection.
