20 Under 40

Recognition List

Celebrating the best and brightest rising leaders in the jewelry industry.

Jewelers of America 20 Under 40 Program celebrates rising professionals who exemplify leadership skills and a commitment to the jewelry industry. Jewelers of America members can nominate someone (or themselves) who fits the criteria.

Employees of JA members can be nominated and selected for the 20 Under 40 lists.

The 20 Under 40 Program was created in 2022 to highlight the best and brightest rising talent in the jewelry retail space. Last year, the 20 Under 40 Program was expanded to include a supplier category to recognize the talented individuals in supplier businesses that serve jewelry retailers. Both lists will feature 20 individuals who set new standards of excellence in the world of fine jewelry.

A total of 40 individuals will be named to Jewelers of America’s 20 Under 40 Program. Submissions can be made in the relevant category based on the nominee’s company:

  • 20 Under 40: Jewelry Retail
    • An employee of a jewelry store, department store or other business in the U.S. that sells jewelry to consumers
  • 20 Under 40: Jewelry Suppliers
    • A jewelry designer; employee of a manufacturer or wholesale firm or a service provider for the U.S. jewelry marketplace

Submissions can be made in the relevant category based on the nominee’s company.

Jewelers of America’s 20 Under 40 is sponsored by Jewelers Mutual Group and Synchrony.
