Foster the Next Generation of Jewelers
Your contributions will help to:
- Expand the reach of the apprenticeship program and secure a pathway for jewelers who adopt its curriculum to gain access to federal funding, technical assistance, and state tax credits.
- Develop more professional development programs, both online and in person, working with schools and industry organizations throughout the country.
- Increase the number of scholarships available to students intent on jewelry careers, and work with schools, industry organizations, and businesses to improve the pipeline of aspiring jewelers.

Nina Pugliese Memorial Scholarship
Presented by Jewelers of America in partnership with Henne Jewelers.
The MJSA Education Foundation is the charitable nonprofit arm of Jewelers of America.
The Nina Pugliese Memorial Scholarship honors the legacy of Nina Pugliese, a dedicated jewelry professional whose four-decade career at Henne Jewelers exemplified artistry, integrity, and service. This scholarship supports emerging talent in the jewelry industry who demonstrate a commitment to craftsmanship, ethical practices, community engagement, and lifelong learning. By investing in individuals who reflect Nina’s values of generosity, faith, and professionalism, the scholarship helps cultivate the next generation of leaders in the industry.
