Jewelers of America and National Jeweler have compiled the results of the "Diversity in the Fine Jewelry Industry" study, completed in 2020. The study was launched in response to the increasing conversations on racial inequality in the United States, with the aim to better understand the experiences of Black people within the jewelry industry. The study received over 800 responses -- from C-suite professionals to sales associates -- and are separated by "employer" and "employee."

National Jeweler
Editor-in-Chief Michelle Graff is providing an analysis of the results, releasing a separate overview for the "employer" and "employee" responses.
