Participating retail jewelers had great success using the contest to reconnect with their engagement and wedding jewelry customers and increasing customer loyalty.
ABOUT THE CONTEST
The
Ultimate Proposal Contest, launched February 15th, provided Jewelers of America Retail Members with an opportunity to effectively maintain customer relationships after the all-important engagement ring purchase. By encouraging customers to share their proposal story, and reminding them to come back for the wedding band purchase, participating retailers leveraged JIC’s national contest to generate sales while developing life-long customers.
