Each introduces consumers to jewelry terminology, concepts and history, provides helpful shopping tips and answer frequently asked questions, stressing the importance of shopping at a JA member store. Brochures are available to all jewelers, discounted for members, at prices based on quantity. The JA Consumer Information Center is a Lucite counter display intended to hold various topic brochures. It is available for purchase in an 8- or 15-pocket design.

Jewelers Of America's Gemstone Customer Leaflets help educate consumers about the various gems you sell. Fifteen leaflets are available for the following gemstones: Amber, Emerald, Sapphire, Amethyst, Garnet, Spinel, Aquamarine, Opal, Tanzanite, Citrine, Peridot, Topaz, Cultured Pearls, Ruby and Tourmaline. The front of each leaflet has a color gemstone photograph and illustration, while the back describes its properties.
Each explains enhancement and treatment techniques, offering advice on care and cleaning. Display each on your countertop or slip into a customer's purchase bag. Members can purchase the entire set of 15 Gemstone Consumer Leaflets for $1.50. Individual gemstone leaflets are also available in multiples of 100 for $5.50 or in multiples of 1,000 for $5.00 per 100.
